Booking
Use the booking form on our Booking page, email us, or send a WhatsApp message. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a deposit request (usually 20%).
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Between 30 and 14 days we refund 50%, and within 14 days deposits are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot.
Equipment
Premium full-suspension and hardtail mountain bikes, e-MTBs, and enduro dirt bikes — all serviced before every ride. Helmets, gloves and pads are included.
Yes! We offer a discount if you bring your own bike. We will help with packing, assembly and storage during your stay.
Safety
Yes. We are licensed and insured, our guides are certified in wilderness first aid, and every tour includes a support vehicle, satellite communication and a full risk-management plan.
Our itineraries are designed with gradual acclimatisation. Guides carry pulse oximeters, and we follow conservative ascent profiles with contingency plans.
Tours
Not at all. We offer rides from Easy to Expert. Tell us your experience and fitness level and we will recommend (or design) the right tour for you.
March to May and September to November offer the best weather and clear mountain views. Winter (Dec–Feb) is great for lower-altitude valley rides.
